Boughs and Holiday Wreaths
As noted in the product descriptions, goods made from fresh plant materials, including evergreen boughs, holiday wreaths and garlands, are always shipped separately. They require a few extra days for processing since we harvest and make them fresh to order. Please order boughs, holiday wreaths and garlands separately from other Oregon Heartwood products.

Delivery Time
Our goal is to process and ship your order within 48 hours of receipt of your payment. Average time of arrival is 4-7 business days for domestic ground shipments. You will receive tracking information via email. We will contact you as soon as possible in case any items are back ordered. Processing and delivery times are not guaranteed unless expedited shipping is selected.

Order Confirmation
When you order online using our secure shopping cart and you include your correct email address on the order form, you will receive two confirmations:

The first confirmation you receive will include a summary of your order and your order number. Please refer to this order number for all inquiries.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation. If you selected a shipping method that includes tracking (e.g. UPS, USPS Priority), the email will include your shipment tracking information. Please wait one business day before trying to track your order to allow time for the information to appear on the carrier's website.


Oregon Heartwood wants you to be completely satisfied with any product that you purchase from us. If you are not, we will gladly refund or replace your purchase in accordance with the guidelines below.

You may return most items within 30 days for a replacement, store credit or refund, minus any shipping costs incurred. To receive a full credit or refund, the item must be new/unused and returned with its original packaging. Upon receipt of the product in original condition, we’ll credit or refund the amount you paid within 30 days, minus shipping/handling costs.

The following products are not returnable due to their perishable nature: boughs, wreaths, garlands or opened bottles of essential oils. Nevertheless, you may request replacement, partial refund or credit if you are dissatisfied.

If you chose to register an account during checkout, please first log into your account to submit a return request. Click My Account at the top of the page, then enter your email and password. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to the item. Please fill out the return request form and click Submit. You will then see instructions on how to return the item(s). 

If you do not have account, please use the Contact Us form to submit your request to us.

Items should be returned in their original packaging. Please pack them securely in the same or similar shipping box. Please enclose a copy of the packing slip that shows your name and order number. You will be responsible for the cost to ship returned items back to us.
