We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders totaling $30 or more, except for furniture and greenery which require over-sized packaging.
Prior to placing an order for boughs, please Contact Us first to let us know the species, quantities, delivery zip code and when you want to receive them. As noted in the product descriptions, our evergreen boughs are not eligible for free shipping and are always shipped separately from other products. We will let you know the costs and options for shipping, and if acceptable, will send an invoice for those charges before the order can be completed.
Our goal is to process and ship your order within 48 hours of receipt of your payment. Average time of arrival is 4-7 business days for domestic ground shipments. You will receive tracking information via email. We will contact you as soon as possible in case any items are back ordered.
When you order online using our secure shopping cart and you include your correct email address on the order form, you will receive two confirmations:
The first confirmation you receive will include a summary of your order and your order number. Please refer to this order number for all inquiries.
When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation. If you selected a shipping method that includes tracking (e.g. UPS, USPS Priority), the email will include your shipment tracking information. Please wait one business day before trying to track your order to allow time for the information to appear on the carrier's website.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Oregon Heartwood wants you to be completely satisfied with any product that you purchase from us. If you are not, we will gladly refund or replace your purchase in accordance with the guidelines below.
You may return most items within 30 days for a refund or exchange, minus any shipping costs incurred. To receive a full refund, the item must be new/unused and returned with its original packaging. Please send returned items prepaid and insured; CODs will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the product in original condition, we’ll refund the amount you paid within 30 days to the same credit card used for purchase, minus shipping/handling costs. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your card statement.
The following products are not returnable due to their perishable nature: opened bottles of essential oils and greenery, including boughs, wreaths or garlands. Nevertheless, you may request a partial refund of the purchase price or credit toward a future purchase if you are dissatisfied.
Before returning a product for a refund or exchange, please Contact Us with your request. We will help you choose another product that you prefer, or arrange a refund.
Items should be returned in their original packaging. Please pack them securely in the same or similar shipping box. Please enclose a copy of the packing slip that shows your name and order number. You will be responsible for the cost to ship returned items back to us.
